At the end of the month. Won our first ever national titles in both men’s and women’s track and made track & field a relevant sport at UGA.
Meanwhile, Crean, Stricklin, et al remain

Basically amounts to UGA won’t commit to building an indoor track. So that’s baseball, basketball, and now track that are suffering because we refuse to put together a facilities master plan and spend on anything other than football facilities

Terrible job by our AD. An indoor track would be a great reason to move track from its current location.

You need both an indoor and an outdoor track to be competitive but, yeah, once again reflects UGA as an athletic department that really only gives a shite about a few sports (football, golf, and equestrian) and will take an occasional surprise year in everything else

McGarory hire so this is a good thing

I think it’s probably unfair to put all blame on Brooks since he’s only had the job for a few months.

Disappointed in Josh letting this happen.....it’s hard to bring in a winning coach...it’s not hard to put a facilities plan in place. I know it’s all about the $$$ but it’s not like we’re some directional school.

As hard as it is to find Elite Coaching in any SEC sport, only a fool would let them walk.
