Bo had a great high school career. 2 state titles and owns a lot of records. He also had a 56% completion percentage.

He wastes a lot of snaps. It didn’t hurt as much in high school but they’re killers in college when the deep balls don’t connect like they did in high school. He doesn’t get the mistakes that high school defenses made regularly.

Far from a lost cause but it’s hard to be excited going into his third year. I defend Bo about as much as anyone here but I don’t give out unlimited excuses. He’s earned a lot of respect in my book for the work he puts in. But my enjoyment as a fan comes from production and he just hasn’t made the leap yet.

As I said in my first post. I hope this off-season helps. I just no longer expect more from him.

If the WRs are remotely capable this year Bo will complete above 65%. Better pass route concepts. Probably better pass blocking. Better fundamentals. To move higher all depends on if Bo is willing to stand in there and complete those 3rd and 11's when he knows the LB is going to get a hit on him.

The spin around drill that was being worked was essentially a drill to anticipate someone coming open late and adjusting to make a proper throw.

Clint and D. Davis neither one have the pure arm talent of Bo. Not even close. Davis has a decent arm but not like Bo and he's 5'9".

What am I taking personal? Differing opinions aren't personal. It amazing me how people try to place tone on text on a message board.
