So a legislature that has the power to prevent universities from leaving conferences DOES NOT have the power to make the two teams play?
While the Georgia State Leg CAN make Uga vs gt happen?

I don’t think UGA and Tech are required to play. And it’s no longer the case with us and FSU either.
