I think it's safe to say that all of Kentucky and West Virginia would be considered "upper south".

I think the Map is well done. I think Kentucky is more Deep South. North Car is gone! Nashville has been invaded as well.

I was laughed at for ordering “sweet” tea at a restaurant in Louisville. Was brought iced tea with sugar packets on the side.

There is a reason folks south of Ohio call it the Ohio Ocean, not the Ohio River.
