Florida offered an in-state GO5 program a 2:1 chance to play.

And it's different.

Had LSU offered Tulane/LT/ULM etc a 2:1, they would have taken it.

For some reason, UCF decided that they were some kind of div 1-aa standout that deserved an SEC style 1:1.

All they had to do was win ONE game and it would have pushed them to an early Fresno State or later Boise State status with UNLIMITED access to the state of Florida's recruiting grounds.

They said 'no thanks'

This is why you have to give UF/UGA/USCe*/** the credit they deserve for scheduling additional non-conference P5 foes when they already have their arch rival non conference game at the end of the year.

*Kentucky v. Louisville doesn't count since Kentucky's horrible at football.
**Tennessee should schedule a perennial VT/WVU OOC game as a "we used to be real good" game.

Trolling aside, a Tennessee/Va Tech/WVU round robin would be awesome.
