He was adequate as a true freshman for what we wanted him to do, was fantastic in 2018 while putting up better numbers than joe burrow, and was absolutely crippled in 2019 by a functioning retard as an OC and WR injuries.
He was a really good, above average college QB that was good enough to win us games. I don't see how he could be overrated, unless you talk to people who think he's the best QB we've ever had. In that case the people you talk to are idiots.

There is a large portion of UGA fans and media that legitimately think he’s the best QB in modern UGA football history.
