All have shaky claims for inclusion. Tennessee might get back to being big time at some point, but I don't think Michigan or Texas ever will.

You’re biased and you’re ignorant if you believe Texas will NEVER win another national title. It’s Texas. They’ll get one eventually. They have as good or better a chance as A&M.

Michigan? Your claim is likely there. But as I was saying, the resources that UT has, it’s just a matter of time before they strike lightning in a bottle like LSU in 19. All it takes it getting hot one year.

It's not about resources. It's about culture. The University of Texas in 2021 is not the University of Texas that existed even 10 years ago. The students and graduates don't care about football like past generations did. And I think athletic donations are going to steadily fall going forward as the older generation of doners dies off, and the younger ones care less and less about sports.

The same issue will impact pretty much every other program going forward, but UTexas is further along than most, and steaming towards that end faster than most.
