247 has him as a top 100 4*at #87 overall.
ESPN has him as a top 100 4* at #85 overall.
On3 has him as a 4*, but i'm not sure of his ranking.
Rivals has him as a 3* and outside of their top 150.
Composite has him as a 3* and #133 overall.
Take from that what you will.

Apparently he is better than I thought. I had seen the 133 3 star ranking. I really do think Oats is developing players well whatever the rank.
