That's a tough thought. But i expect Grant will still play some 5 with Stevenson at the 4. We need more than 2 centers. There will be games where the refs call everything, and we'll need big bodies that aren't just 5 fouls (and kill any leads or momentum). And while Wague flashed moments of potential early in the season, I'm not some that he's more than 5 fouls.

We're gonna run 10 guys most nights. How that works out for get interesting. Especially if we land Cliff O, AH , and another PG. It could get crowded.

What we need more than anything would be for Wrightsell to take the step like Sears did, and be able to be the primary ball handler and run the offense. But Sears was always solid at driving and finishing at the rim, Wrightsell has been more of a spot up scorer.

It's what made me wonder why we got Mallette and Youngblood, who are about 6'4. That gives us 3 guards. Youngblood could probably play as a small wing, since we'll have solid bigs to protect the rim, instead of Griffen or Walters playing the 4. But I'm not gonna question Oats thinking too much. He jumped on them absurdly quick for a reason.

Grant could also very easily play the 3. He has enough length and quickness to be able to switch around a bit. He and Stevenson could definitely be on the court together without either HAVING to play the 5.

In the end, what matters is PT and role. They will all want to play at least 26 minutes and be a starter. They will want to play more of a role.
