I mean, you aren't wrong. All I'm saying is that it's nonsense that circumstantial evidence of guilt is good enough to convict someone of a crime and send them to prison, but not to prove a college is cheating in sports. The NCAA literally imposes a higher burden on itself than the criminal justice system.

Totally agree. It's how it's worked even before NIL. Took them years to take down Will Wade with a literal recorded confession.
