If this was the only incident it wouldn't be all that bad. He should have been suspended. But, what is more worrisome is why he thought that was OK and why he thought he could get away with it.
If Orgeron lied about having knowledge of the incident then he's in trouble. Like a lot of things, the cover up is worse than the crime. This is an embarrassing situation.

Bingo.
At this point, what Guice did is not all that important. All that matters now is how LSU responded.
I'm sure O thought that just talking to the lady and having Guice apologize (but he said he didn't do anything wrong!) would bring some closure. But not being honest about it makes it look like he has something to hide and was just trying to sweep it under the rug.
I wonder if it's still legal in Louisiana to tape your own phone calls like Daddy Dale used to do. It was easy to do when I had an old school answering machine. I honestly have no clue how to record my own cell phone conversation.
