There are literally only 3 jobs Cal could take that aren't a step down, and they are only lateral at best: Duke, Kansas, and UNC.
Hell, the Texas basketball job isn't even the top coaching job on their own campus.

I stated I doubt he would take the job. But word is Texas is going to throw a bunch of money to get him.
Cal will make us sweat, but, if he leaves, Oats is the main guy Kentucky will go after.

UCLA belongs there, even though they haven't had success recently.
