How's the Springs LCT? I miss that place a lot.

Growing at an exponential rate. And that's even with Space Command heading to Redstone Arsenal.

Saw a report a couple weeks ago that El Paso County will become the most populated county in CO by 2030. And yet, absolutely no major infrastructure improvements have been made.

Ridiculous. Saw the same issue when I lived there and knew it would only get worse.

The problem is the county and city rarely hold developers and new homebuyers responsible for the infrastructure minus the stuff they do for their development. It's really simple to require other infrastructure improvements plus impact fee's on developers and new homebuyers. At least they hadn't anyway.

I hate fee's and taxes, but I think it is responsible to do impact fee's so the infrastructure can be improved, expanded, and updated. The increase of population does not just affect let's say Falcon, but the entire county.
