Rush was given a TV show, he was obligated to uphold ego and notoriety it brought him. He was such a big shot that the dang Hoover Police Dept funneled $30,000 to him from their confiscated drug stash, and the Mayor of Hoover "took care" of him because that's "how City supports big time HS programs."
