Trevor is a true Clemson system QB. We'll see just how he does in the NFL.

This is the thing that gets me.

You cannot tell me that Clemson wasn't talented, and quite frankly held a MUCH higher talent advantage over the teams they played as opposed to Alabama playing in the SEC.

One team was typically the #1 rated recruiting class going up against several top 15 classes.

The other was typically top 5, while playing one other team that might get top 20 and the rest hovering in the 30s and 40s, at best.

Yet everyone will gush over Lawrence while diminishing Mac due to "Talent Advantage".

Sorry, but I've watched both throw the ball and Mac has a better arm and better mechanics. Trevor can run, and that's really it. Trevor is a slightly better Manziel (though less prone to self-destruction)

He will probably end up being great but if I'm Jacksonville I would be a little worried about his long delivery and the lack of competition he faced in his own conference

Given the smelly crow so many on the MSB ate this past season regarding Herbert, I’m prepped for a crap ton of crow being served for the Lawrence naysayers.
