Chase opted out before the season started. He had nothing else to prove. He didn't take a snap all season and he'll still be the first WR drafted.

So he quit on the team before the season started.

Gilbert quit on the team mid season.

Congrats on your team being full of quitters and rapist.

So is Ole Miss by your criteria:

quote:

Ole Miss linebacker/defensive lineman Sam Williams has been suspended from all Rebels football activities after being arrested on a sexual battery charge. Details of the incident have not yet emerged.

Wide receiver Elijah Moore and tight end Kenny Yeboah announced on Twitter that they will both shift their full focus to preparing for the 2021 NFL draft and not play in Saturday’s contest.

One opted out for NFL. One is a Freshman.

And if you really want to glass house this. Jamar Chase

But you probably dont want to get into that argument.

Gilbert decided he didn't want to be at LSU and wanted to take advantage of the 2020/21 special transfer rules. The point is, your Rebel buddy didn't make an issue of Gilbert being a freshman. He insinuated that opting out while being the team's leading receiver was the product of an LSU education. Tell me the difference between Ole Miss's leading receiver opting out and LSU's receiver opting out.

Yeah, I don't think opt-outs were unique to LSU.

And tell me who the rapist on LSU's 2020 team you are referring to.
