Murphy is not and has never been a hitting coach. Most players regress under his lack of ability and tutelage to coach hitters. This team as well as the previous teams, have not and will not reach their potential. Florida has a hitting coach. We have Murphy and a barking seal that coaches first base that our hitting coaches.
