The best comparison I could think of is Auburns 2012 recruiting class. 1 mediocre 8-4 season removed from a national championship. They pulled in the #11 class but didn't have all the other baggage and turmoil. Is it just the LSU bagmen or is there some other Cajun magic at play here?
