AUC seemed to imply today that the fact we didn't get an OL transfer might not have been entirely because there weren't any available. Supposedly the players and parents are really impressed with Friend as a teacher and the staff thinks the current OL group might be enough for this season.

I just think they looked at the depth chart and realized like 7-8 guys leave that room come January and bringing in more upper classmen there is a bad idea. That being said, they’ll need to do it in this class. KN expects half of the OL class to be JUCO and transfer guys.
I think they’ll take 2 HS OTs and 1 HS interior lineman.
Colby Smith and Garner Langlo end up being important pieces going forward. We need both of them to work out, and we need one to definitely be a multi year starter at tackle.
