I’ll say it. This doesn’t seem very smart. I’ll wait and see what happens, but RB position isn’t good at Auburn outside of Tank Bigsby.

It amazes me how we can be 'smarter' than a new HC and coaching staff that has an idea what they want and where they want to shore up the RB roster.

And I am sure they do more deep dive evals with better info that we'll ever see.

And I don't mind the '21 recruiting stuff mixed in, since we don't have a ton of recruiting stuff around this time of year. It makes it easier too to read one thread. I'm 'smart' enough to figure it out.

We clearly don’t have all of the information. That’s usually the case when things make sense but don’t happen

Not saying this is the case with Harsin, but we saw it first hand with Gus. A lot of times the problem with these coaches is their egos and they convince themselves they are the smartest person in the room.

Gus won a natty with a mobile QB as OC and played for another as HC and then totally abandoned that template and went on a 7 year run of mediocrity. Sometimes maybe things are easier to see from the outside.
