I won't get into Woodyard because it's already been discussed but it's probably accurate that outside of possibly him we didn't win a single battle against Bama or UGA for a player they wanted. Even in down years we usually could get at least one or two.

That’s true, however, it seemed like the staff were careful which guys they spent time on that were being pursued by BAMA and UGA for at least this cycle. There wasn’t a lot of overlap. So far that’s not the case in 2023.

Bama took Dayne Shor and we didn’t want him. We definitely wanted OT Pritchett, RB Henderson, DT Perry, and probably CB Fegans.

UGA got QB Stockton and OT Hood that we were once after
