Was it even decent?
They beat Vandy by 5.
They beat shitty arse LSU by 13 and scored the least on their shitty arse defense of anyone but Vandy.
They beat Florida by 3 points but that team ended up also losing to shitty arse LSU and getting blown the frick out by Oklahoma.
The vast majority of the teams Aggie beat either fired their coaches following the season or had first year head coaches.
To cap it all off, Aggie was in a dogfight until late in the game with North Carolina who was without most of their best players and even with their best players only finished fourth in a conference that couldn't win a single bowl game.
All of this from a team that returned some of the most production in the entire country in a year in which returning production was even more valuable than normal.
These are the trends OP is enthralled by.
