Tennessee guys, here's what you are getting, coming from a Mizzou fan:
The good
1. He will develop your qb - he IMO got the most out of Drew Lock. Better than Dooley who took over after Heupel left.
2. Your offense will have life and creativity.
3. He will likely be hands off the defense and let the DC do whatever he wants.
The bad
1. He leaves programs high and dry. He took the UCF job when Mizzou had a bowl game against Texas - a game that Mizzou could have won if he was calling the plays.
2. He and Odom were at one point not talking to each other for some reason. Both were to blame... People say he isn't a great leader.
3. The offense could be bad without the right players for his system.. You could be looking at possessions that last less than 1 minute.
Also, this is our Thank you for sending us Derek Dooley a few years back.
