Wilson grad Luke Holman was offered $800k by one MLB team in the third round and then $700k by another team in that round. Holman turned down those offers which were below what he had expected to receive before the draft. The 6-4 righty is an Alabama commit.

I read the article about the Holman kid. Sounded like they were having some regrets about not taking that $800K offer. He could still get selected and go but he’s not going to get that kind of money anymore.
