I think it's certainly possible but it's going to take the right hire. This upcoming coaching search might just be the most important in Tennessee Football history; if they botch it they might be done. If they hit it out of the park, they have a chance to get back to playing championship-level football.

it will take more than just the right hire. They need a complete overhaul from top to bottom in their admin too. If they don't get the latter fixed, they'll never be able to get the right coach.

If Clemson can be successful then there is no reason Tennessee can’t.
