Dammit. It’s “hanged”. How many times do we have to tell you community college dropouts this.

When dealing with a person that ties something around their neck and uses gravity to break their neck, the past tense is frikin “hanged”.


I’m fricking triggered by this for about 2 minutes; and always have been. It usually goes away but it got me this time.
I let it go because I don’t want to be like Tuscaloosa and alyosha with commas and ellipses, but his is a direct non-assault on ignorance, and I had to act.

Hung= past and past participle of hang. Hanged is the coonass equivalent.
