No we aren't going to get the 20-13 games like this. But, hopefully we can at least find a happy medium or something. The top teams in the conference shouldn't be consistently playing each other with totals in the 70s and 80s.

Exactly.
Need to make the Linemen downfield 1 yd and enforce it to remove the RPO.
Also need to keep the flags in the pocket more for Defensive PI and holding. The NFL playoff games today have been great to watch because there isn't a flag every other play.

Ironically major rule changes are the reason we are seeing an uptick in mediocre defenses.

Yep. If they would just reduce the number of yards the Oline can go down field to one on passing plays like the NFL and allow the defense to tackle a WR without getting called for targeting it would make quite a difference. Until then the offenses have a huge advantage
