Having a receiver maintain possession through the ground in the end zone even after the catch is secured and a foot is in bounds. Treat it more like running the ball into the end zone. As soon as possession is made and a foot is in bounds the play should be over, touchdown.

Another thing that irks me is the spider cam should be placed directly over the line on a goal line play for a definitive camera angle on where players/ball is.
Also having a ball with censors in it that can tell if the goal line or first down marker has been crossed. Leave less up to the refs to decide outcomes of games.
