How do you get all this in writing? Helmets hit every play so the wording is everything. It may be a violent sport at its core but the interpretation is everything. That's been most of the problem up to this point with the way the targeting rule is defined in games.

Something like ball carrier cannot make initial forceful contract with another player using the crown of his helmet or something similar to what the defenses rule is.
It’s crazy to me this is a one way rule
