1. Move kickoff back to 30 yard line. Let’s see some returns!
2. OT rule should change to each team receiving ball on 50 yard line, make the team “earn” getting into field goal range.
3. Bring back 5 yard incidental face mask. Not every face mask should be 15 yards and flagrant.
