Last thing Franks needs is more tape. The more tape he creates the more he convinces the NFL that he won’t ever be good. He’s undoubtedly better now than he was in 2017, but he’s had some of the best QB coaching available. Yet he’s still just a one read QB with a big arm. Every year there’s less and less hope that NFL coaches can unlock some untapped potential.
