It’s not about liberty, it’s about HF going somewhere and winning while not causing problems off the field. He’s done both which puts him back in play as a top candidate this offseason, if not next year (assuming he has more success).

HF was not fired from OM for things he did while he was there.
The second he becomes high profile again, his past will catch back up with him.
But LSU hired an Ole Miss reject, so Auburn is going to do the same.
