Football staff--what do they do?

I see we have two folks who are "Offensive Quality Control"...and two who are "Defensive Quality Control"...and there's a "Director of On-campus Recruiting" and an "Assistant Director of On-campus Recruiting" and one who is "Recruiting Quality Control."
Who is savvy enough to tell me what the heck these folks actually do?
I'm guessing the "On-campus recruiting" folks plan and host visits to campus by recruits...but I have no idea what the "Quality Control" people do?

Review game and practice film. Grade the players. Review opponent film and help formulate game plans. Saban has like 100 of these guys running around.

I imagine they are looking for female somethings for recruits. But who knows.

Its a fancy title for watching lots of game film and recruit videos. You look at kids you find and kids other teams find. This is especially important for a program like mizzou because they are always looking for "diamonds" that have been overlooked.
