No they don’t. If they do, it’s simply a matter of luck. Literally any player at the highest levels can do a goal kick to half field and that’s all a goalie needs to do. There’s literally no goalie starting at the Club level or above that starts because of how far they can kick.
Now many goalies are bigger especially in women’s soccer so that leads to potential to be a stronger kicker. But that’s all.
