Odom failed. He was fired. He had a good team last year and completely shite the bed. He couldn’t recruit in state and the defense you are crediting him for only improved we he stopped running it.
He’s a coordinator. No shame in that. Hopefully he realizes that too because he can be successful for a long time if he stays in his lane.

And it's 100% due to a lack of understanding by the collective core of your fanbase.
You will never even attempt to understand the true situation with your program in 2015.
You won't acknowledge the battle to overcome racial and deep cultural issues, rebuilding a stadium, not having a locker room, NCAA investigations that he had nothing to do with.
He turned the narrative in your state around through effort and finally started winning those recruiting battles - again, failure to understand 2015.
He proved over and over to finding great talent out of state - Rakestraw is an example of such a find that others later covet.
