Michigan pausing all Athletics. I don’t understand, numbers have been falling nationwide the past week and it seems we are past this latest surge...so why pause now?

They had a player on the team get that new more contagious variant. They are trying to stamp the new variant out before it get's as out of control so they're shutting them down.
