Les had been on the decline as a coach for a number of years before he got fired, then took two years off before being hired by Kansas. Frost's entire career as a HC prior to Nebraska was two years at UCF. Neither are even remotely comparable.

Frost goes to UF or FSU they are contending in their conferences.
