Clemson. If ND wins they are in and Clemson will win out and still get in. If Clemson wins ND only has a 50/50 shot at best even if they win out.

If ND loses to Clemson but wins the rest of their games, then they should end up playing Clemson again in the ACC championship game, which will give them two losses.

If, on the other hand, ND wins this game, and doesn't slip up somewhere else (which isn't guaranteed, but could happen), then, in that scenario, I think ND gets in even if Clemson were to beat them 100-0 in the ACC championship game. So, if you want the best odds of the SEC getting two teams in, rather than ND slipping in with an at large, pull for Clemson.
