Back from the ledge. A sober assessment.

This game was bad, but I think the staff played it simple on purpose and Kentucky took advantage. The normal Georgia offense does much more than what we saw today.

UK is not a team that will prep you for UF. Since that one-dimensional offense isn't doing much against Georgia, why show any cards at all? Keep it very simple. Run the ball. Continue two weeks of Florida prep starting Monday.

That's not to say I think we have the right guy at QB. His limitations are obvious.
I am confident, however, that he'll be more effective if he starts this coming Saturday.

He will start and he will most likely take every snap . Gonna be a hard row to hoe, assuming Pickens & Davis are out.

We needed to use this game to get another QB ready. I am not looking forward to Florida. :-(

His play over the season.

Believing he'll play better than his worst game of the year- especially considering he'll be up against a bad defense isn't exactly a leap of faith.
