Yes you are. You named the teams that are on top right now. In the past other programs were on top. Just to name a few: Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, Florida St, Miami, Nebraska, USC, Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma, and Oregon. I'm also sure that I missed a few schools as well.
