1. If the ball untouched by Team B after crossing the neutral zone is declared dead, it belongs to Team B. 3. If the ball crosses the neutral zone, is untouched by Team B after crossing the neutral zone, and is declared dead behind the neutral zone, all rules pertaining to scrimmage kicks apply (A.R. 8-4-2-VII)
