I mean yeah you can be a good person and a players coach while also being a hardass on the field.

Petrino was as tough and foul-mouthed as any coach in the country during practice. The problem is he was the same way to people in other areas of life, just a complete a-hole. People and former players respect Pittman because he knows how to separate the two.
