The dude is fat as hell; it's an observation. If he weighed 90 pounds, I would mention that too because it would be out of the ordinary.

I get that you are likely huge yourself and that is why you are trying to link anyone that laughs at fat people to having been molested by a fat person but, that is ridiculous.

He is huge; it's funny to see people that have no personal self-control, due to weakness of personality, flopping around doing stuff. When they lose their breath just standing up, it's funny. When I see a really fat person sweating inside at room temperature of around 65 air-conditioned degrees, it's funny because you are thinking to yourself why are they so stupid that they can't just stop eating so much.
