He's a much better runner than passer. He lost the locker room at MSU last season but had to play because Tommy Stevens couldn't stay on the field for more than 3 drives. Will Rogers is a much better fit for the Leach system and is a better QB than Shrader.
Shrader would be a good fit in Billy Napier's offense wherever he ends up.

Hence he’s not the starter in a pass first offense. I don’t see why everyone is having a hard time with this
