He has never won anything of significance and Never will. He would still argue it was the right thing to lock the kid up in a shed in hot as hell southern Texas.

THE DAMN SHED WAS AIR CONDITIONED AND HAD AN ICE MACHINE IN IT!!!!!
Adam James had a concussion, was cleared by the team doctor as being ready to play, he showed up on the sideline at practice in sunglasses saying that he didn't think he was ready to play, and Leach who was already tired of this kid and his daddy acting entitled told him to get his arse off the sideline and let the players who wanted to play work!
Leach is a mean sumbitch at practice. The flakiness is real in some ways but is an act when it comes to getting down to business and getting his team ready to play.
