True, I'll give you that one, but at the end of the day, we're still having issues with dual qb. This is why I'm little suprised that Saban hasn't really made adjustment in his scheme, but maybe he has and we haven't noticed it.

I'm absolutely convinced that coach Saban wanted to be more conservative on offense this season to protect his defense. Sark dialed up bomb after bomb. Basically, it was Mac who destroyed TAMU's defense on the long ball. We end up controlling the clock for a little north of 20 minutes. That leaves our defense out there for almost 40. So no one is going to accuse Alabama this week of looking like the most complete team in the SEC.

This ongoing imbalance might be more about what Steve Sarkisian continues to dial up going forward than what coach Saban wants to see from his defense. You can't leave any SEC defense out there for 40 minutes and expect good results.

You add poor communications, misalignment issues, and mental errors and we have the makings of an Alabama team, extremely dependant, on a big-play offense to win a championship. I have never seen that work at Alabama. Not once.
