Kirby lost to Mac his first year.
Why? Had to rebuild.
Mullen had to rebuild substantially more and not recognizing that just means you are retarded. Kirby took over a weak East and got the leg up before Mullen was near Gainesville. Now Mullen has rebuilt as well, and we see what happens.
Mullen has a stable locker room. A stable system. Kirby has a lot more to over come this year for the first time. Wonder how he does.

Didn't hurt that you guys had 8 guys drafted and we had 1 (a KR drafted in the 6th)

First time? He lost his DC in '18 and his OC in '19 and now his OL coach in '20. Also, pretty much lost the entire receiving corp last year.
