He isn’t wrong. 90% of posters here seem to think the election is why college football could be canceled, which is ignorant.

The people that love Trump will continue to love him.
The people that hate Trump will continue to hate him.

Only a simpleton believes football could convince a libtard or a conservatard to change their meaningless vote.

He’s not, but he shouldn’t have tried to attack the athletic conference and should have attacked “conservatives” or even “the south” instead.

There are a lot of minorities, liberals, and non-Trump-supporting conservatives that go to SEC schools, and this statement undermines their stories and voices.

There are certain Democrats that barely align with the platform and are quite racist behind closed doors. They are the ones that tend to propagate this regional based propaganda because they secretly don’t like the Democrat agenda of equality.
Wanna know why they attack the southeast specifically? Look at the US 2016 election map by district. The southeast is a lot bluer than say - the midwest or north. I’ll let y’all decide why these [typically well-off white male] democrats don’t like acknowledging those blue voters.

Max doesn’t fall into this category. He’s sharper than most here give him credit for, but he’s co-opting a bad take that traces its racist roots back to the era of Dixie itself.

If only your knowledge of the facts matched your certainty in your opinion. But respected pollsters say you're the ignorant one.

Most elections are won by getting their own base out to vote and to motivate them to vote, not by convincing people to change their votes.

So what you see is more about pandering to those who already blame Trump and maybe some swing voters.
