I think it needs to be revised.
I’m honestly fine with football itself being given an exception.

It’s the only sport that requires players go through the college sport to get to the pro league.

The legal issue with CFB and Title-IX us that there is no Female equivalent sport that uses 85 schollies, so FB should be legally exempt from Title-IX calculations

For example

Baseball 11.7 schollies
Softball 11.7 schollies

MBB ------13 Schollies
WBB ------13 Schollies

CFB ------85 Schollies
Women ----- no sport currently exist since women don't play women's only FB in HS and there aren't enough players to have women's FB on the College Level

Title-IX should only be enforced where there is an equivalent Women's Sport that way you can give them the same exact # of schollies

OR....

You could simply give the Revenue Athletes larger Stipends and leave everything else the way it is

Well, then, good luck getting Nancy Pelosi and every other Democrat voted out of the House and the Senate. Like I've said before, hell, even a shitload of Republicans have had daughters benefit from Title IX.

You've got a better chance at getting a constitutional amendment passed allowing Trump to run for a third term.

Seriously, people, what the hell is the point in advocating shite that will never happen in a million years?
