Could be wrong but I think they were recruiting him more as a CB (where the experts say he has even higher potential) but he wants to play WR.

Congrats. LSUs staff seems to like him at CB more as well. His athleticism in Leach's scheme could flourish

Good plan for us non-elite schools. It’s how we got the #2 player out of Oklahoma in this class. He wanted to play RB and OU was recruiting him as a CB only. Maybe he’ll end up at CB at Arkansas but he gets to try out RB first which is his preference.
